Activities for Young People

Bulletproof

BULLETPROOF is a youth club for secondary school years 7-11 (approx 11-16 yr olds), held on alternate Tuesday evenings from 7-8:30pm during term time.

Bulletproof offers a mix of activities: games, quiz and chips, film night, chill out evenings. We challenge young people to think and learn together.

Participation is free.
Sometimes we organise outdoor trips (e
g. to bowling, karting) at minimal cost.

10&24 September, 8&22 October, 12&26 November, 10 December.

Youth Cell

Many of our young people gather fortnightly on Wednesdays, at a parent's home for an evening Bible Study and chat.

We also have an older Youth House Group for those in their 20s.

If you would like to join one of them, contact us.

TROGs

Most Sunday mornings, we teenagers can enjoy Bible reading, sharing, discussion and prayer in our own TROGs group.

TROG stands for 'The Rather Older Group'!

At 10:30am we worship with the adults, and around 10:45am go retreat to the Youth Snug for our own session.

At about 11:45am we rejoin the adults for drinks and biscuits.

Teenagers

On some Sundays we'll stay for the Bible teaching if the message is appropriate, especially for a cafe-style all-age family service.

New to faith?

We love helping people to get to know more about us and what we believe. The church leadership regular run courses to help you find out more like:

ALPHA - what is the meaning of life?

BAPTISM - why would you want to do that?

MEMBERSHIP - can I get more involved?

Sharon, our Minister-in-Training would be happy to chat with you to tell you more.
